Evangelos Ioannou – President
Evangelos has a long experience in banking, having served as a high-level executive in SMEs’ credit approval units of 3 banks during the last 30 years. He possesses expertise in evaluating creditability of SMEs as well as in articulating bond and convertible bond loan agreements. He has recently served as the General Manager of PIRAEUS BANK’s business loan operations unit covering Northern Greece’s territory with a loan portfolio of more than €4bn under management.
Evangelos holds a BSc in Economics from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, an MA from Kent University, UK as well as several certificates in Investment banking, management, marketing and informatics.
Nikolas Takas – CEO
Nikolas has a professional experience of over 12 years in VC investing and financial research – especially venture capital in Greece. In 2006 he joined THERMI VENTURES as an Investment Analyst and has since managed a combined portfolio of investments of over €50milion. He has expertise in Business strategy, deal structuring, management consulting, and new business development.
He serves as a board member in various companies in various sectors (Energy, ICT, E-health, Shipping, Construction, Construction materials) and is a BoD member of the Federation of Greek Industries and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki.
Nikolas holds an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from CASS Business School (City University), an MBA from Winchester University, and BSc in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Ioannis Agnantiaris – Senior Partner
Ioannis is a core member of THERMI since 2005 with a 13-year-long working experience in investment analysis and deal structuring as investment officer in THERMI VENTURES S.A., and as a member of THERMI S.A.- Business Incubator management team.
Ioannis has a long track record in the Greek technology and scientific innovation community assisting research teams to bring new technologies into the market as well as SMEs to upgrade their business and operational processes.
Ioannis holds a BSc, MSc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras.
Panagiotis Alexandridis – Partner
Panagiotis has more than 25 years of experience in the industrial sector, spanning from sales and budgeting to corporate finance as CFO and CEO of major industrial companies in Northern Greece. Since 2012 he has worked in restructuring industrial companies mainly in the food and beverage sector.
Panagiotis is involved in investment proposal assessment and evaluation, negotiations, project implementation and reporting supervision.
Panagiotis holds a BSc in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Kleopatra Konstantinidou – CFO
Kleopatra holds the position of CFO of THERMI VCM SA, being primarily responsible for the financial, administrative and risk management operations of the Fund’s portfolio companies.
She has previously worked as an Investment Analyst in THERMI GROUP and has more than 10 years of experience in financial analysis and financial audit.
Kleopatra holds a BSc in Economics from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki.
Georgia Tsitiridou – Legal Advisor
Georgia is a certified lawyer in Greece for more than 20 years. She has a long experience in business & corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Startup Financing, Venture Capital Investments, commercial contracts and loan agreements.
Georgia holds a Law Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
